Abhinav has stood at the helm at Cogent E-Services Limited, as Managing Director, giving direction to the company’s growth and continuously striving to augment the knowledge base of the company and its people. His grasp on the practical aspects of Marketing Strategies effectually complements his knowledge of the financial domain. With a B.Tech. (Computer Science) and an M.B.A (Marketing) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, under his belt, he has 22 years of experience in the field of Business Development. Under Abhinav’s able stewardship, Cogent, has emerged as a leading name in the domestic Customer Experience Management industry by establishing its credentials in this sector.

Gaurav is the Chief Executive Officer at Cogent E-Services Private Limited. He completed his B.Sc. (Computer Science) from Delhi University and Masters in Computer Applications from Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad. He has tremendous knowledge of the Technology domain and is acutely familiar with the day to day functioning of the Customer Experience Management business. At Cogent, he leads a team of more than 200 Senior and Middle level managerial staff who report to him on all the operational aspects of the company. Gaurav is the driving force behind Cogent E Services’ reputation as one of the most tech-savvy organizations in the CXM industry. Gaurav is not only the public face of the company but also is an integral part of the team which leads the development of the company’s short term and long term strategy. He oversees the implementation of all plans, their proper execution and the operations of the organization in accordance with its overarching strategy.

Pranjal’s personal skills and righteousness gives Cogent the stability that this fast paced organisation needs. Moderation is a virtue, and Pranjal personifies it. With a B.Tech. (Electronics and Communication) from Bangalore Institute of Technology and an M.B.A (Marketing) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Pranjal is armed with the precise skill set required in this technology enabled people organisation. Pranjal is integral to the formation of business strategies of the company and assists in their timely execution and implementation.

Jaspreet Singh Arora is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (Economics Honours) from the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi, New Delhi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management – PGDM from the IIM, Kozhikode. He was previously associated with the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC India), with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Private Limited in the Deals SBU, and with TPS Infrastructure Limited as their CFO and Strategy Head.

Nitin is the Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He has been associated with Cogent since July 9, 2014. He was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of our Company on January 13, 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He has been associated with the CXM industry for 18 years handling senior positions in delivery and support functions and has worked with IBM Daksh and Tata Business Support Services prior to joining Cogent.

He is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and a Lead Auditor for ISO systems with hands on deployment experience on COPC and Statistical Process Control techniques. His roots in quality enable him to take both discrete and connected views of individual process steps and imbibe excellence in execution.

Niharika is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She was appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from November 17, 2021 and the Compliance officer of our Company with effect from January 13, 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Shri Ram College of Law, Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. She is an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She was previously associated with Nangia Anderson LLP as manager- mergers and acquisitions and with Grant Thornton Advisory Private Limited as assistant manager, compliance and outsourcing.
