The scorching pace set by the company has forced the spotlight on it, as other circles of Idea Cellular have sat up and begun taking notice of the level of services being provided by Cogent. Idea Delhi circle has already started transition of its outsourced services to Cogent for its existing vendors. A 60 resource Sanchaya process has already started functioning for the Delhi circle at Cogent’s Noida centre. This is only the beginning as there is more work in the pipeline!
