For last four years Cogent E-Services Private Limited has proven itself in the International BPO arena as a company providing a wide range of outsourcing services to the Banking & Finance Sector. The company entered the Domestic BPO market in May last year with Idea Cellular Limited as a client with a small capacity of 30 resources for their Sanchaya process of the UP West circle. The process has seen a three fold increase in terms of manpower. In this short span of time, CES has helped UP West circle to attain pole position in India in terms of revenue for Idea Cellular Limited.
