With the opening up of another outsourced services centre at Meerut city in Western Uttar Pradesh, Cogent E Services has achieved another milestone on the path towards growth and success. The centre is located at heart of Meerut City, with all the basic amenities at hand. The new office will have capacity to house 400 resources. It is a tremendous step for the young company as it reaffirms the faith which clients have resposed in it. Appreciating the services of CES, IDEA cellular has further entrusted the task of setting up the inbound retailer helpdesk center at Meerut city. The technology being used for setting up of centre is being provided by CISCO and needless to say, is world class. The centre will initially be manned by a team of 110 resources.
